About Me
I am an Argentine-Spanish poet with more than two decades of writing behind me and over twenty published books. My work moves between literature and music, exploring memory, time, and displacement through an intimate, restrained voice.
In my poems, I seek to transform the everyday into poetic material, drawing on a certain musical structure and images that sustain emotion without resorting to artifice.
My books include Wes Borland aprende a tocar de oído, winner of the 2025 VI Juan Ramón Jiménez International Poetry Prize of Coral Gables.
My writing engages with different traditions and with music as one of its underlying resonances, seeking to approach the human experience through listening and intuition.
